3 of 5 advisors are over their bushel target, and between them 32 of their clients are behind pace while the market is paying. Being over target is not outperformance. It is more families than one person can ring in a week.

Capacity is measured in bushels under management rather than in clients or dollars. A hundred-thousand-bushel client and a two million bushel client are not the same amount of work, but they are much closer than the dollar difference suggests: both need the same plan built, the same orders placed, and the same call made.
TODO: the targets in lib/desk/firm.ts are placeholders and they deliberately add up to less than the book, which is the argument this page is making. They should be set by the desk from how long the work actually takes rather than asserted here.
